M25 death crash: Suspect transferred to mental health service

A second man arrested following a fatal collision on the M25 near Waltham Abbey in Essex has been transferred to the care of the mental health service.

The 25-year-old had been questioned on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving at Harlow Police Station after his release from hospital.

A 39-year-old man from Leicester was killed in the crash near Waltham Abbey.

A 33-year-old man, also from Leicester, arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, has been bailed.
