Border Agency make five arrests at a Luton restaurant

Five people have been arrested during a joint police and UK Border Agency raid on a restaurant in Bedfordshire.

Aroma in the Galaxy Centre, Bridge Street, Luton, was temporarily closed while 10 staff were questioned.

Three women and two men, all from China, were arrested on suspicion of immigration offences.

The restaurant owners face up to £50,000 in fines unless they can prove they checked staff had right to work in the UK before employing them.
