Thirteen fire crews are attempting to contain the blaze
About 65 firefighters are tackling a fire engulfing a pair of thatched semi-detached cottages in Dorset.
Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service was alerted to the fire, which started in a kitchen in Poxwell, at 18:43 BST.
Thirteen fire crews are attempting to contain the blaze. No injuries have been reported.
The fire service said the A353 between Warmwell Roundabout and Osmington Mills will be shut for a "considerable" time.
