Police are searching woodland in Dorset for a woman who has been missing for more than a month.

Isobel Munro, 41, was last seen by her mother at their home in Latimers Close, Christchurch before getting into a taxi on 11 April.

Ch Insp Stewart Dipple, of Dorset Police, said: "Isobel has learning difficulties and is profoundly deaf so wears a hearing aid and lip reads."

The search site is located near The Globe pub in Highcliffe.

Ms Munro is described as 5ft 6in with brown curly hair and wears glasses.

"We are very worried about Isobel and would urge anyone with information about her or anyone who has seen her to contact Dorset Police", Mr Dipple added.
