Cyclist dies after traffic accident in Wareham

A cyclist who was seriously injured `in a collision with a car in Dorset has died.

Police said Richard Ellis, from Essex, was injured on Sunday in a collision at Wareham on the A352.

He was taken by air ambulance to Southampton General Hospital but died on Tuesday.

The 58-year-old was injured in a collision with a Nissan driven by a 26-year-old woman from Portland. No arrests have been made, said police.
