Weymouth caravan fire death 'not suspicious'

The death of a woman, whose body was found following a fire in a caravan in Dorset, is not being treated as suspicious by police.

Firefighters were called to Ryemead Lane, Wyke Regis, Weymouth, at 22:00 GMT on Monday. The body was discovered in the remains of the caravan.

Dorset Police said the case was being passed to the coroner's office.

Formal identification of the woman, believed to be in her 20s, is yet to take place, officers said.
