Second murder arrest over Exeter body discovery

A second man has been arrested on suspicion of murder by police investigating a body find in Devon.

The body of 30-year-old James Woodhouse was discovered in a flat in Okehampton Road, Exeter, on Monday.

Officers said a 47-year-old local man was arrested on Tuesday night in connection with the death.

He and a 37-year-old local man arrested earlier on Tuesday, also on suspicion of murder, remain in custody for questioning.

Mr Woodhouse, who was originally from the North West of England, had lived in Exeter for seven years, police said.

His next of kin have been informed.
