Wiltshire man killed in microlight crash in Devon

A man aged in his 50s from Wiltshire died in a microlight crash in Devon, police said.

The light aircraft came down at Wiscombe Grange in Colyton at about 10:00 BST on 18 April.

A man was confirmed dead at the scene. A nine-year-old boy, also from Wiltshire, was taken to the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital with serious injuries.

The Air Accidents Investigation Branch is investigating.

The east Devon coroner's office has been informed.
