Three men and a teenage boy have been charged with murder after a man was found with fatal injuries at a house.

Stephen Crook, 43, was found at the property in Alphington Road, Exeter, on 21 November. He died later in hospital.

Two men were charged last week and a 39-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy were charged over the weekend, Devon and Cornwall Police said.

All four are due to appear at Exeter Crown Court on 19 December. A fifth murder suspect is still being held.

Ryan Singleton, 25, from Coventry, and Steven Webster, 40, from East Street, Okehampton, appeared before city magistrates last week.

Darren Twigger, 39, and a 17-year-old male, who cannot be named for legal reasons - both from Coventry - were charged with murder and appeared before magistrates on Saturday.

The fifth suspect, a 20-year-old man from Coventry, is being held in custody, police said.
