Devon river-drop crash death pair named

Two men who died when the convertible they were in fell 15ft (4.5m) into a flooded Devon river have been named.

Martyn Windsor, 25, from Brixham, and Paul Bovey, 24, from South Molton, died when the Peugeot left an unclassified road between North and South Molton.

The vehicle dropped into the fast-flowing River Mole on Friday, police said.

Devon and Cornwall Police said its serious collisions investigation unit was analysing the incident.
