Duke takes Royal Marines' salute in Devon

The Duke of Edinburgh has paid tribute to Devon-based troops who have served in Afghanistan.

Prince Philip took a salute at a homecoming parade in Barnstaple from the men and women from Commando Logistic Regiment Royal Marines.

The marines, from RMB Chivenor, spent six months in Helmand Province.

The deployment included delivering essential supplies to the front line, as well as maintaining vehicles and equipment.
