Amy Gough death: Andrew Maling guilty of manslaughter

A man has been found guilty of manslaughter after the death of a 34-year-old woman in Derbyshire.

Amy Gough died in hospital on 29 March last year after being found at her home in Sandiacre.

Andrew Maling, 47, from Sigglesthorne, near Hull, was charged with manslaughter last July after being arrested on suspicion of murder.

Maling, who was convicted following a trial at Nottingham Crown Court, will be sentenced on Friday.
