Man dies in Long Sutton car and van collision

A collision between a car and a lorry in Lincolnshire has left a 67-year-old man dead.

The Citroen Xsara Picasso collided with the lorry on Market Street, Long Sutton, on Tuesday evening.

The driver of the car, who is from the area, was pronounced dead at the scene. A post mortem test will try to establish whether this was due to the crash or a medical condition.

The 50-year-old lorry driver from Spalding suffered minor injuries.
