Derbyshire man denies soliciting to murder charges

A Derbyshire man has appeared in court to face charges including soliciting to murder.

Mark Dyche, 41, who gave his address as Her Majesty's Prison, appeared via video link at Chesterfield Magistrates' Court.

He denied three charges of soliciting to murder Stella Moore, Willie Allen and Colin Colley, and one count of revenge.

The case was committed for trial at Nottingham Crown Court in February.
