Four people have been rescued from a sinking fishing boat at a harbour in Cumbria.

Workington RNLI was called to Marine Road in Maryport at about 08:30 BST after the crew reported the 50ft (15m) trawler was listing.

Firefighters also attended, and used a ladder to help the crew safely leave the vessel.

Lifeboat volunteers said some of the crew would return to the boat at low tide to help with the salvage.
