Driver Dylan Sagar injured in A65 Millness crash dies in hospital

An 18-year-old who was seriously injured in a crash in Cumbria has died in hospital.

Dylan Sagar, from Holme, was driving a Vauxhall Corsa which was involved in a collision with another vehicle on the A65 at Millness early on 15 December.

He was taken to Royal Preston Hospital, but has since died. A 15-year-old female passenger in the car remains in a critical condition in hospital.

Mr Sagar's family paid tribute to a "lovely, handsome boy".

They said in a statement: "Dylan had a wonderful summer, he played cricket for Sedgwick CC and was delighted to be picked as fielder of the year.

"He was full of fun, full of life and full of mischief and he will be painfully missed by all his family and many friends."
