Gregory Kelly death: Third man charged with murder

A third person has been charged with murder following the death of a man struck by a black Audi, police say.

Gregory Kelly, 26, from New Arley, was hit by the car and then assaulted on Manor Road, Atherstone, at 21:25 BST on 25 March, Warwickshire Police said.

He was taken to hospital with head injuries and died five days later.

Robert Keavey, aged 38, of Princess Road, Atherstone, has been charged with murder.

Keavey is due to appear before Leamington magistrates on Friday.

Two men have already appeared in court charged with Mr Kelly's murder.

Phillip Austin Picken, 55, of Manor Road, Atherstone and Neil Barnes, 33, of Victoria Road, Nuneaton, will next appear at Warwick Crown Court on 15 May.
