A Britain's Got Talent finalist accused of plying a teenage boy with alcohol has been found not guilty of cruelty.

Kombat Breakers dancer Leeroy Bailey, 35, from Foleshill, Coventry, had denied cruelty to a child by exposing him to alcohol in 2016.

He was acquitted by jurors at Warwick Crown Court on Wednesday.

Jurors had heard Mr Bailey invited the boy over to watch a film or play video games and supplied alcohol to him.

The court had heard Mr Bailey had accepted in a police interview that he had offered the boy alcohol "in the sense 'it's there, help yourself' but said he did not physically hand it over."
