Warwick University has been confirmed as a football training venue for the 2012 Olympic Games.
The university said it would get a share of £10m funding to improve its facilities which would be used by players from around the world.
Teams will train at Warwick before playing at Coventry's Ricoh Arena which will be one of the football venues for the next Olympics.
Ricoh Arena will be renamed the City of Coventry Stadium for the Games.
The 33,000-capacity stadium was selected to stage the Midland-based football matches after Villa Park pulled out due to planned building work.
