Leicester City boss Claudio Ranieri fined for speeding
Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has been fined £700 after admitting speeding on a road in Cambridgeshire.
Ranieri, 64, who lives in Leicester, was caught speeding at 96mph in a 70mph zone on the A14 at Bythorn on 13 October.
He admitted the offence and was fined at Peterborough Magistrates' Court on Wednesday. He did not attend court.
Ranieri was also given five points on his licence and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £70 victim surcharge.
The Italian's side are currently second in the Premier League table. He has previously managed Chelsea, Greece's national team and Juventus, among others.
