A fire which killed a disabled woman in a Peterborough flat was accidental, an investigation has found.

The woman, in her 50s, died at the scene at about 17:40 BST in Risby, North Bretton on Thursday.

The blaze was "most likely started by carelessly-discarded smoking materials", a spokesman for Cambridgeshire Fire Service said.

Three crews tackled the blaze which was extinguished within an hour, he added.
