Research shows that green vegetables boost immunity

Scientists at the Babraham Institute near Cambridge have found evidence that green vegetables are good for the immune system.

Researchers have established that the vegetables boost the efficiency of white blood cells which help to guard the gut and maintain a healthy gut flora.
