Four arrests over Westry and March cannabis farm raids


Four people have been arrested by Cambridgeshire police in connection with the discovery of cannabis plants with a street value of £750,000.

Police raided a premises in Woodville Drive, Westry March, after a burglary was reported on Saturday. More than 1,300 cannabis plants were found.

After a search by the police helicopter and police dog handlers, two men were arrested.

A vehicle was then stopped on the A141 and two more men were arrested.

A further 960 plants were found as part of the same inquiry during another raid on Sunday at Commercial Road, March.
