Nicholas Robinson: Heathrow arrest over stabbing death

A man has been arrested at Heathrow Airport in connection with the murder of a man who was stabbed to death in Bristol.

Nicholas Robinson, 19, died after he was attacked leaving his flat in Ron Jones House, in Jamaica Street.

The trainee bricklayer managed to telephone the police before collapsing in the street on 5 March.

An 18-year-old man was arrested at Heathrow Airport on Friday after flying into the country from New York.

Avon and Somerset Police said a 19-year-old man had also been arrested in connection with the murder in the Stokes Croft area of the city.

Seven men and two women remain on police bail, and two people have been released without charge.

This brings the total number of people arrested in connection with the murder to 13.
