Cars seized in Bradford during police crackdown

Police have seized eight vehicles as part of a crackdown on illegal drivers in Bradford.

The cars were seized in the Keighley and Shipley areas for reasons including no insurance and no licence.

Officers used Automatic Number Plate Recognition Technology during the two-week operation, which also focused on speeding drivers near schools.

Supt Gary Baker warned that more work would be carried out to catch illegal drivers and improve road safety.
