Two men face court on murder charge in West Yorkshire

Two men have been charged with the murder of a man who was found with head injuries in West Yorkshire.

John Patrick Collins, 55, was found injured at a property in Oakes Avenue, Brockholes, on Wednesday. He later died at Leeds Royal Infirmary.

Two 28-year-old men have been charged with murder. A 23-year-old woman has been charged with assisting an offender.

All three were due to appear before Dewsbury magistrates on Saturday.

A third man arrested in connection with the incident has been released without charge.

Mr Collins's family described him as a supportive father and said he would be "sadly missed".
