Carl Campbell: Third man charged over West Bromwich shooting

A man tracked down to Belgium by police has been charged with murder.

Carl Campbell, 33, was shot in the head while sitting inside a car in High Street, West Bromwich, on 27 December.

Jaspal Rai was detained in Belgium before being extradited back to the UK, police said.

The 24 year old, previously from West Bromwich but now of no fixed abode, is due to appear in court on Wednesday. Two other men have already been charged with Mr Campbell's murder.

Mohammed Humza, 19, and Vikesh Chauhan, 24, from the West Bromwich area, appeared in court last month.
