A 33-year-old has been charged with murder after a man was found fatally stabbed on New Year's Day.
Paul Tompkins was found in a flat in Forge Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands, by police after they forced the front door open. The 59-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
A police spokesman said they had been alerted by a worried neighbour.

He is due to appear at crown court on Tuesday.
