A second man has been charged with murder after the body of a 24-year-old man was found in a flat in Tipton.

Indiga Daniel Wallace was discovered at the property in Fisher Street on 11 November. He had suffered head injuries, police said.

Sam Arnold, 21, of Slater Street, Great Bridge in Tipton, is due to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court later.

Dwayne Wallace, who is not related to the victim, was charged with murder on 28 November.

Mr Arnold was previously arrested and released on bail but was re-arrested on 10 December after further enquiries, police said.

A 19-year-old woman, who was already on police bail after being arrested on suspicion of murder, was re-arrested Thursday on suspicion of assisting an offender. She remains in custody.
