Man pleads guilty racial abuse on Birmingham bus

A man has pleaded guilty to racial or religious aggravated harassment following an incident on a bus in Birmingham.

Robert Porter, 48, of Simmons Drive in Quinton, was arrested on Tuesday following a police appeal for information.

The incident took place on a number 50 bus in Moseley.

Porter appeared at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Wednesday and will be sentenced on 30 December.
