Wolverhampton bus station crash injures two

Two people have been injured in a bus crash at Wolverhampton bus station.

One bus crashed into glass panels at the station, just after 08:00 GMT, before hitting the back of another vehicle, West Midlands transport agency Centro said.

Two people were taken to New Cross hospital for treatment, one with neck injuries, West Midlands Ambulance Service said.

Centro said three of the bus stands have been closed.

Two of the stands - B and C - are expected to remain closed for the rest of the day.

No services were disrupted as a result of the incident, the spokesman said.
