Third suspect sought following Slough double stabbing

Police are seeking a third person in connection with a double stabbing in Slough.

One man was stabbed in the stomach and another in the arm in Northern Road on Wednesday afternoon.

A 46-year-old man and 43-year-old woman, both from Slough, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent.

Police now want to trace a third person - a teenager thought to have been on a bicycle - in relation to the attack.

The teenager is described as slim, of athletic build with short dark hair. He is either Asian or mixed race.

Det Insp Penny Mackenzie said: "This was a very serious incident which took place in broad daylight.

"Whilst we continue to keep an open mind with regards to the motive, there is a possibility that this was not a random incident."

The two male victims, who are related, were with family in a parked vehicle when they were attacked.

One remains in hospital, where his condition is described as stable.
