Land Rover driver dies in M4 crash

A driver has died in hospital following a crash on the M4 motorway in Berkshire.

A Land Rover left the westbound carriageway between Maidenhead and Wokingham at 02:48 GMT.

The driver, a man in his twenties, was taken to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford but died of his injuries.

Thames Valley Police said no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
