Two people have been charged in connection with armed robberies in Oxfordshire and Berkshire.

A 45-year-old man from Henley has been charged with four armed robberies between 26 October 2010 and 6 January 2011.

He remains in custody and will appear before Oxford magistrates on Monday.

A 47-year-old woman, also from Henley, has been charged with money laundering. She has been bailed to appear at the same court on 10 February.

The man also faces firearm charges. Both were arrested on Friday.

The charges relate to three robberies, on 3 and 6 of January and 26 October, all on the A404 Bisham bypass in Maidenhead, Berkshire, and a robbery at a Post Office in Checkendon in Oxfordshire.
