Delaney Brown death: Fourth man arrested

A fourth man has been arrested on suspicion of murder over the death of a 19-year-old cyclist in Luton.

Delaney Brown died in Vincent Road on 5 September when he was struck by a car.

A 19-year-old man was arrested in Luton on Tuesday afternoon and released on conditional bail, police said.

A 22-year-old man arrested in London on 29 September, a 16-year-old boy arrested on 19 September and an 18-year-old man arrested on 8 September have been released on bail.

Mr Brown's neck was broken when he was struck by a stolen silver Series One BMW car.

A 26-year-old man arrested shortly after the incident on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving was released without charge.

Police continue to look for witnesses and seek information about the death.
