Funeral for Luton park stabbing victim

The funeral of 17-year-old boy fatally stabbed in a Luton park has taken place in Bedfordshire.

Michael Simwanza, from Farley Hill, was stabbed in Kingsway Recreational Ground on 30 October and died in hospital.

His family described him as studious and loving and said he would have celebrated his 18th birthday on 3 November.

A 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named, has appeared at Luton magistrates charged with Michael's murder.
