A 69-year-old man has been charged with the murder of his father after the remains of a body were found in a Hertfordshire garden.
Michael Jachimowicz is accused of killing his father Heironim Jachimowicz in 2005, when he was aged 87.
Police called in an archaeologist in the two-week search of his garden in Furzehill Road, Borehamwood, where the remains were found on Saturday.
Mr Jachimowicz will appear before St Albans Crown Court on Thursday.
Mr Jachimowicz, who lived with his father, has also been charged with firearm offences.
