The family of a 16-year-old boy who died when he was struck by a car have said he will never be forgotten.

Ben Roberts, 16, died in the collision at 21:50 BST on Saturday in Weston Road, Weston Turville.

His family said in a statement: "Ben was the perfect friend, perfect brother and the perfect son. His family and friends will never ever forget him."

Ben's brother James plays for Oxford United, which will hold a minute's silence at its home game on Saturday.

Ben was a former pupil of the John Colet School in Wendover and had just started a Public Services course at Aylesbury College.
