Bridlington landlady murder accused John Heald in court

A man accused of murdering a guesthouse landlady has appeared in court.
John Heald, 53, is charged with killing 49-year-old Bei Carter, whose body was found at the Morayland Guest House, in Bridlington, on 18 July.
He is also charged with 10 offences of rape in South Yorkshire which are alleged to have taken place on 13 July.
Mr Heald, of Foljambe Road, Rotherham, appeared at Hull Crown Court, where he was remanded in custody to appear at the same court on 31 October.
A provisional trial date was set for 27 January.
