Undertaker charged with fraud and theft over funerals

An undertaker has been charged with fraud and theft after allegedly taking money collected at funerals that was meant for charity.

Andrew Baker, 50, is accused of 11 offences in Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire.

Mr Baker, from Worcestershire, was bailed to next appear at Worcester Magistrates' Court on 9 May.

He faces four counts of theft and four counts of fraud by false representation.

The offences are alleged to have taken place between 2010 and 2013.
