Schools child sex offences case: Further charges added

A man accused of sex offences at two former schools in Lincolnshire and Norfolk has appeared at court to face further charges.

Brian Greenhalgh, of Suffield, Norfolk, is charged with 15 counts of sexual assault at Sheringham Court School and Thurlby Manor School.

His case, relating to alleged offences between 1976 and 1983, was committed to Norwich Crown Court by magistrates.

The 63-year-old had already been charged with six offences in October.

The charges of gross indecency and indecent assault now total 13, with two further counts of offences of a serious sexual nature.

The allegations relate to eight boys between the ages of 12 and 15.
