Motorists netted for tablet use and shaving at wheel
A lorry driver was caught brushing his teeth and a car driver was pulled over for shaving with a razor and a water bottle, during a police crackdown.
A five-day operation across Hampshire and the Thames Valley resulted in 198 motorists being prosecuted using footage filmed from an unmarked lorry.
Motorists were also spotted using mobile tablets and accessing Facebook.
Sgt Paul Dimond said driving while distracted was a "significant factor" in many road collisions.
The operation took place between 23-27 September and focused on the M27, M3, A34, M4 and M40.
Over the five days, 126 motorists were seen using mobile phones, two were using iPads and one was reading a map at the wheel.
All drivers were issued with notices resulting in a £100 fine and three points on their licence.
