An architecture graduate's model to show which parts of a Kent town might soon be underwater as sea levels rise has been displayed at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and won a prize.

Nichelle Channer, from London, won the Sheppard Robson award for her conceptual clay model of Sandwich.

She looked at the future and current levels of the River Stour and examined predicted changes in sea levels.

Ms Channer studied at the University for the Creative Arts in Canterbury.

The Royal Academy Summer Exhibition runs until 18 August.
