First Devon and Cornwall bus staff to hold strike

Bus staff in Cornwall and Devon are to carry out a second day of strike action, operator First said.
First said it had been informed by the RMT union that drivers and engineers would stage a 24-hour walk-out on 15 November over an ongoing pay dispute.
Hundreds of services were cancelled during industrial action on 26 October.
First said it was "disappointed and frustrated" at the planned action. Customers should prepare for significant disruption, it added.
The First Group employs 675 people in Devon and Cornwall.
Mangers and the union have been in discussions over a pay offer guaranteeing staff a 2% pay increase from 2 December and a further 2.3% increase from April next year.
A stoppage which was due to take place on 8 November was called off.
