A sixth person has been arrested over allegations of fraud in connection with welfare-to-work company A4e.
The 33-year-old man was detained at an address in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
He was questioned on suspicion of fraud before being released on bail until mid June, Thames Valley Police said.
