Digital switchover starts across Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire

The digital switchover has started for homes in parts of Hampshire, Berkshire, south Oxfordshire, and Wiltshire.

People with analogue TVs have lost BBC Two while those with digital equipment will have to re-tune their boxes.

Digital UK said all services from the Hannington transmitter have now been restored following some disruption.

The analogue signal for BBC One, ITV1, Channel 4 and Channel 5 will be turned off from the Hannington transmitter on 22 February.

The switchover process for the UK will be completed later this year.

Anyone with problems can contact the Digital UK helpline on 08456 50 50 50.
