Hurst Green crash victim named as Christopher Lloyd

A 26-year-old man who was killed in a two-car crash on a road in East Sussex has been named.

Christopher Lloyd, of Cannon Hill Road, Birmingham, died in the collision at the junction between the A21 and A229 near Hurst Green on Saturday.

A female passenger in the VW Golf he was driving suffered serious injuries.

The 51-year-old driver of a Jeep and his passengers, two girls aged 10 and 11 and a 45-year-old woman, all from Tunbridge Wells, had minor injuries.

The road was closed for five hours following the crash on Saturday afternoon.
