Talks held over Thanet's rotting seaweed


Kent MPs and councillors have met to discuss how to tackle the problem of rotting seaweed on beaches in Thanet.

One family said their seaside holiday in Kent had been ruined. Ian and Jennifer Mowat said there was a huge pile of rotten and fly-infested seaweed outside the beach hut they hired in Minnis Bay.
