More than £2m of grants are being offered to Suffolk voluntary groups.
Suffolk County Council is teaming up with the Suffolk Foundation to set up the Transforming Suffolk Fund.
This grant scheme has put money aside to help build partnerships and support the voluntary sector in planning long term improvements for communities.
The grants will range from £5,000 grants for one-off local projects to £50,000 over a period of up to three years for larger schemes.
The total funding available is £2.5m over the three years of the scheme.
Councillor Jane Storey, council's portfolio holder for resource management, said: "We believe these grants will ensure we have stronger communities and an improved quality of life for everyone."
