Police are seeking a number of men after door staff at a Darlington club were injured in an attack involving what are thought to be Tasers.

The altercation took place in the doorway of the Retro club in Skinnergate on Sunday night, after five men were asked to leave.

Two door staff were attacked by a group of people, before a Taser or stun gun was fired at them, causing burn marks.

Two men have been arrested and released on bail pending further inquiries.

Police want to speak to five other men in connection with the incident.
